Description:

Are you concerned about having a healthy brain as you age?

Are you concerned about the young people and the people you serve in your life and setting them up for maximal brain health?

Did You Know?  The brain controls how you feel physically and emotionally, how you learn and remember, and your relationships, including how you feel about yourself. Maybe you have been thinking more about your own memory and hope to age gracefully. We will discuss the many negative factors on brain performance, and the positive, research-based steps you can take to improve your brain. We will discuss how beginning to make small changes now can make a big impact on maintaining a healthy brain over time. Learn about the effects of food, attitude, toxins, reducing stress, exercise and more. We will cover tips that can help you to have a healthier brain regardless of your age.
